Former Attorney General Dr. Hassan Saeed says Gayyoom if ever wins the upcoming presidential election could only do so by using all state institutions on his own accord and will. He said this would include the defense force, police and anti-corruption board and the like, as he wills.
Speaking to press, Dr. Hassan further said that if Gayyoom wins the election, the opposition parties will feel tired and demotivated and will lack patience to wait for another five years.
