Number of customers of Dhiraagu is increasing due to the services the company is introducing, the Marketing Manager of Dhiraagu, Mohamed Mirushaan has said. He said this in response to a question posed by Miadhu regarding the support for the recently introduced post paid packages which includes unlimited free calls for chosen numbers.
He said that post paid customers had doubled within the past month. “There was a huge support. Post paid customers have doubled. This is a good opportunity for the small businesses as well as they can get a number to call free. A lot of people are using this opportunity” Mirshan said. He said that the customers are expected to lower their expenses with the newly introduced packages.
Mirshan said that they are facing difficulties in activating the service for those who have requested due to the huge support, but the entire pending request will be processed shortly.
Those who have post paid gold package gets 3 free numbers, silver package gets 2 free numbers while the bronze package gets 1 free number but gets 15% discount for other 4 numbers. Mirshan said that the monthly fee for this package is Rf 150 and a lot of people who use pre paid and those who have to communicate with their employees frequently are switching to this package.
A survey done by Miadhu Daily has shown that a lot of youth prefer these packages. Platinum package gets most free numbers which is 5 numbers. Diamond package gets 4 free numbers and the monthly fee is Rf 650.
Dhiraagu, the national telecom service provider has introduced a many services to their customers last year.
