President of Singapore, Mr. S. R. Nathan is scheduled to conduct a State Visit to the Maldives.
President of Singapore, Mr. S.R. Nathan is scheduled to conduct a State Visit to the Maldives. President Nathan is visiting the Maldives on the invitation of the President of Maldives, His Excellency Mr. Maumoon Abdul Gayoom. The Singaporean President’s visit is scheduled for the 23rd to the 26th of October.
President Nathan will call on President Gayoom during the visit. The Singaporean President will also attend a State Banquet hosted in his honour by President Gayoom.
One of the highlights of the Singaporean President’s State Visit will be the inauguration of the Ghaazee School in Hulhumale’, which was constructed under Singaporean assistance. Ghaazee School will be inaugurated jointly by President Gayoom and President Nathan.
