The President today appointed two new Cabinet Ministers and a State Minister. Mr. Abdullah Shahid was sworn in as the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Mr. Mohamed Muiz Adnan, as the Minister of Justice. Mr. Rilwan Shareef was sworn in as the Minister of State for Finance and Treasury.
Mr. Abdulla Shahid, Mr. Mohamed Muiz Adnan and Mr. Rilwan Shareef took their oath of office before the President at a ceremony held at the President’s Office this afternoon.
The oath was administered by the Chief Justice, Mr. Mohamed Rasheed Ibrahim.
The ceremony was attended by the Minister for Presidential Affairs, Mr. Mohamed Hussain.
ރައީސުލްޖުމްހޫރިއްޔާ، ދެ ވުޒާރާއަކަށް ވަޒީރުން އިސްކުރައްވައި ސްޓޭޓް މިނިސްޓަރެއްގެ މަގާމަށް ބޭފުޅަކު އިސްކުރައްވައި އެބޭފުޅުންނަށް މަގާމުގެ ފަތްކޮޅު މިއަދު ދެއްވައިފި

ރައީސުލްޖުމްހޫރިއްޔާ ދެ ވުޒާރާއަކަށް ވަޒީރުން އިސްކުރައްވައި ސްޓޭޓް މިނިސްޓަރެއްގެ މަގާމަށް ބޭފުޅަކު އިސްކުރައްވައި އެ ތިން ބޭފުޅުންނަށް މަގާމުގެ ފަތްކޮޅު މިއަދު ދެއްވައިފިއެވެ. އެ ތިން ބޭފުޅުންނަކީ:
- މިނިސްޓަރ އޮފް ފޮރިން އެފެއާޒް ކަމުގެ މަގާމަށް އަލްފާޟިލް ޢަބްދުﷲ ޝާހިދު
- މިނިސްޓަރ އޮފް ޖަސްޓިސް ކަމުގެ މަގާމަށް އަލްފާޟިލް މުޙަންމަދު މުޢިއްޒު ޢަދުނާން
- މިނިސްޓަރ އޮފް ސްޓޭޓް ފޮރ ފިނޭންސް އެންޑް ޓްރެޜަރީ ކަމުގެ މަގާމަށް އަލްފާޟިލް ރިޟްވާން ޝަރީފް
މި ތިން ބޭފުޅުން މަގާމުގެ ހުވާކުރެއްވުމާއި، މިބޭފުޅުންނަށް މަގާމުގެ ފަތްކޮޅު ދެއްވުމުގެ ރަސްމިއްޔާތު އޮތީ މިއަދު މެންދުރު 1 ޖެހިއިރު ރައީސުލްޖުމްހޫރިއްޔާގެ އޮފީހުގައެވެ. މިބޭފުޅުންނަށް ހުވާލައިދެއްވީ، ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ އުއްތަމަ ފަނޑިޔާރު ފަޟީލަތުލް އުސްތާޛުއްޝައިޚް މުހަންމަދު ރަޝީދު އިބްރާހީމެވެ.
މިރަސްމިއްޔާތުގައި މިނިސްޓަރ ފޮރ ޕްރެޒިޑެންޝަލް އެފެއާޒް އަލްފާޟިލް މުޙަންމަދު ޙުސައިން ބައިވެރިވެވަޑައިގެންނެވިއެވެ.
