Tourism Minister Shaugee closing another deal in SingaporeA reliable source has confirmed that the Maldives Tourism Minister is currently in Singapore closing another lucrative private business deal with an foreign investor. The source said that he is meeting with the investor to raise finance for the Kaadedhdhoo Hotel project which he and his partners are planning to develop as a luxury spa resort. It is also believed that his partners are on standby to fly to Singapore, should it be necessary to sign the deal. The meeting was held in Singapore yesterday, confirmed the source.
